<aside> ⭐ Being the first Head of Sales, you will initiate and build FINGREEN’s sales strategies from 0 to 1 with passionate team members and resourceful connections.

🚀 You are responsible for:

Developing Global Strategic Sales Plan

• Designing and implementing a strategy to expand prospects and potential clients in Europe, APAC, and North America
• Opening doors for new enterprise sales and partnerships
• Understanding customers and designing a pricing model to reflect our value add

Leading Institutional Sales and Pitching Team

• Leading the team of Sales, supporting the team’s pitching process
• Negotiating and closing contracts with new fintech and financial services incumbents
• Deciding which products to pursue and markets to go after
• Overseeing the implementation of our first CRM/pipeline management system

Streamlining and Standardizing Procedures

• Standardizing sales operations, such as contracting and procurement.
• Streamlining implementation and ongoing account management processes
• Building out a global sales function, including hiring, coaching, and performance managing, as well as mentoring and progressing our exiting sales and account management team
• Working closely with FINGREEN AI's CEO to set and report sales targets to the Board

🤝 Requirements

• 5*+ years*** of experience selling B2B Enterprise SaaS, specific fintech and startup experience both desirable, with at least 1+ years in a leadership position
• Passionate about social/environmental issues
• A proven record of sales and team-building performance
• A creative, flexible, and people-first leader with strong communication skills
• You are success-driven and are obsessive about achieving goals and meeting targets including KPI and revenue objectives
• You are hard-working with a hands-on attitude; you can handle high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Business Proficiency in both English and French
